Google Plus Hangouts for Business

Are you using Google Hangouts in your business? As Google Plus as officially launched Business Pages, I hope to see more businesses using Hangouts. I’ve been really considering how to use them, why to use them, and a variety of ways they could be best implemented.  Here’s my list so far:

Internally:

  1. Team meetings for remote workers
  2. Conferencing staff located across a larger office

B2B

  1. Brainstorming and masterminding
  2. Introduction and networking opportunities
  3. Public Relations

B2C

  1. Customer service
  2. Research & Development
  3. Product demonstration
Short of screen-sharing, Google Plus Hangouts are looking more and more like a great zone between an in-person networking event and an online social networking solution.  I am thrilled that video chats are being adopted more frequently.
What additional ideas do you have on using G+ Hangouts for businesses?
