How to Collaborate Online on a Project

Collaborating with the entire business team  on a social media marketing plan is key.  Doing so only through the phone and internet is possible but needs extra focus.

While the project manager, graphic designers, web hosts, marketing department, public relations manager, and concept creators are located in one part of the country, the phone applications developer and social media strategist are located in opposite directions.  With a few tools – sharing ideas can move the team forward.

  1. Mindmapping – brainstorming is vital.  Collecting the ideas shared for further development is needed.
    Web versions: (some are free up to an amount of maps)

    Software: (requires emailing file attachments typically)
