Relationships are crucial within a group of people. Everyone seeks to belong to some group, a part of something bigger than themselves. The dynamics of a group, or a tribe, are fascinating. Recently, Jill McClendon shared with a group on relationships. The message shared was great – but more importantly, the interaction and activities of this group of ladies was amazing to witness in action. It is easy to just be a part of the crowd and watch what is happening. Interacting can be challenging. Risking rejection, facing fear, and overcoming obstacles why we don’t interact is vital to everyday relationships. In order to conduct business, establish friendships, and be authentic in daily relationships, we must engage others and open up. Not every person should be part of the close circle, but being receptive, giving, and caring to others will result in greatness.
